We just wanted to say a huge thank you to your office. I must commend you on your professionalism and quality customer service. I accidentally breached my student visa conditions by working more then allowed in the UK. Consequently, my application for an extension was refused by the UKBA and I was asked to leave the UK immediately or to be deported. I was panicking and fearing the worst.
