Brandon Consultancy Immigration & Employment UK is a London based legal office specialising in UK and European immigration and human rights law. We provide various immigration and business related consultancy services to companies and foreign nationals who live and work in the UK or want to immigrate in the UK.
BC UK is authorized by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) to provide immigration advice and services at the highest Level 3 (advocacy) in all immigration categories. Our registration number is F 20040002.

We assist individuals with the full range of personal immigration matters, from preparing applications to enter and remain in the UK – including under the points-based system – to providing representation at appeals before the immigration tribunal and higher courts.
We assist employers with a range of essential business immigration services from visa applications, to sponsor licence applications and advice on compliance management.
We assist both UK and foreign nationals in matters arising from both the UK and European human rights law and practice.

Our initial assessment When you contact us by telephone, fax or email, we will ask you to explain the exact nature of your enquiry, and, if we can identify that your requirement is within our range of services, we will ask you to make an appointment with one of our consultants, or we will ask you to send papers for us to assess that are relevant to your case. If your request is one that we believe will not succeed under the Government’s published laws and policies, we will tell you, and we will not waste your time and money trying to process an impossible application. If, at a consultation, it is very quickly apparent that that we cannot help you, we will not charge you our consultation fee. Any consultation fee that you pay for initial assessment will be set against the fixed fee quoted for our work.
Our Fees We publish our fees list, and we review fees annually. The fees are fixed for each type of application, so you know in advance what is payable. Our fees are payable prior preparation and submission of your application, including all Home Office fees.
Refund Policy We cannot guarantee the success of any application, as the decision is not made by us. However, if an application that we advise should be successful does fail due to any error on our part, and we are unable to have the decision changed, we have a policy of refund of some or all of our company’s fee, dependant on the nature of the UKBA’s refusal
We are also registered with the Home Office to provide PREMIUM– same-day fast track services.
